What better to do during Parent Teacher Conferences than catch up on blogging! And man do I have a lot of catching up to do! At the beginning of the month we had two snow days and a late start morning. Lilly had I started to get cabin fever so we decided to get ready for Valentine's. First project, Sugar Cookies. Lilly did a great job rolling out the dough and pressing out hearts.

Felt a little guilty that we were enjoying ourselves inside where it was nice and warm, and John was doing this.... He came home in the middle of the night after pushing snow in Topeka, and had to go back to the farm and get the tractor because he couldn't get in the driveway, even with 4-Wheel Drive.
Got bored a couple hours after making cookies, so we made dinner too! Yummy yummy homemade Pizza. Better just call me Martha Stewart!
