After creating one of my best dinners to date, I am starting to think I went in to the wrong profession. I could be the next Martha Stewart, Rachel Ray, or Julia Childs. Here it is. Rosemary Pork and Summer Vegetables. Not the classiest name, but man was it good, and only 250 calories in one serving! Too bad my husband wasn't home to eat it with me. I even substituted pork for chicken thinking he would be more likely to eat it. Oh well, I am sure he enjoyed it reheated.
I would like to say Lilly helped, but not so much. She was too busy getting every single diaper out of her drawer and scattering them around the living room. Little stinker!
